Following the wonderful response to our inaugural Winemaker’s Table, we’re delighted to invite guests back for the second edition of our intimate food and wine series.
On Thursday 24 September, Jolleys Boathouse welcomes one of South Australia’s most respected wineries, Geoff Merrill Wines, for an unforgettable evening celebrating exceptional food, remarkable wines and the stories that bring them together.
Set beside the River Torrens in the heart of Adelaide, The Winemaker’s Table has been created for people who appreciate slowing down, gathering around the table and sharing great conversation over extraordinary food and wine.
A Celebration of South Australian Wine
Representing the renowned wine regions of McLaren Vale and Coonawarra, Geoff Merrill Wines has built a reputation for producing elegant, handcrafted wines that showcase the very best of South Australian terroir.
Throughout the evening, guests will hear directly from Geoff Merrill, who will guide each wine pairing while sharing the stories, history and craftsmanship behind every vintage.
This is more than a wine tasting.
It’s an opportunity to meet the winemaker, discover the inspiration behind every bottle and experience each pairing exactly as it was intended.
Executive Head Chef Lino Sauro has curated a bespoke multi-course menu inspired by his Sicilian heritage and passion for seasonal South Australian produce.
Every course has been thoughtfully designed to complement Geoff Merrill’s wines, creating an immersive dining experience where food and wine work together in perfect harmony.
